I know it is not politically correct, but may I wish all our members a Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Happy holidays to those who do not follow the Christmas tradition. Peace and goodwill to all for 2011.

Thank you for participating in 2010 - we grow from strength to strength.
We hit the 150 member mark earlier this year, which is far bigger than I ever it expected to grow in the 3 years of its life.

It is a tradition (in the UK at least) to make a New Years resolution - if you are struggling to think of one - may I suggest each member resolves to post at least a couple of messages a month!

Post at least two messages a month? Ah, this just gets me there...

On a Machin note, I am looking forward to seeing the self-adhesives next year for the new values and ake-up values. I suspect it will probably also be time for reprints of the high values...!

Happy Christmas and New Year to everyone as well.

I think that the commonly used "Merry Christmas" is generic enough to cover both those who celebrate the winter solstice as a Christian religious festival as well as those for who it is simply a cultural holiday, unless one knows aforehand that a particular person has some strong feelings in the matter and is likely to consider it as an assault on some dearly held belief system.
I cannot be offended by some casual comment offered in good faith.
And otherwise; "Festivus for the Rest-of-us" should suffice or Happy Holiday .. Charlie

I would also like to add my Best Wishes for Xmas and hope all members have a prosperous New Year.

Let's hope 2011 brings the world of Philately in general much to discuss.

Alex.
